Privacy policy
Effective October 22, 2026
This policy describes bryceOS Connections, a personal-use integration operated by Bryce Smith. Contact: hello@bryceos.com.
Data accessed and why
After Google authorization, the integration accesses data permitted by the granted scopes: account identity; Gmail messages, attachments, drafts and labels; Drive files and metadata; Calendar events; and Sheets content. It uses this access to perform the owner's requested personal productivity tasks, including retrieval, summarization, organization, communication, and spreadsheet work. Write-capable permissions may allow creation, modification, sending, sharing, or deletion within the granted scopes.
Storage and retention
OAuth credentials are retained on the operator's server until removed or revoked. Retrieved content and results may be retained in connected applications' conversations, task outputs, downloads, caches, operational logs, and backups. Retention follows the operation of those applications and backups; this integration does not promise automatic deletion after a fixed period.
Sharing and processing
The connector communicates with Google to perform requested operations and returns results to authorized clients. When a client uses an AI model, selected retrieved content may be sent to that client's configured model provider for processing. Provider handling is governed by that provider's terms and the account's settings. The owner should review those settings before using sensitive content.
Google data is not sold or used by bryceOS Connections for advertising or to train generalized AI models. Human access is limited to the owner and people explicitly authorized by the owner for operation, support, or security. The integration's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Security and control
Access to private connector services and stored credentials is restricted. The public information site contains no Google account data and does not itself request Google authorization. Connected applications determine their own approval controls; an approval setting in Hermes does not automatically apply to other clients.
You can revoke Google access at Google Account connections. Revocation stops future authorized access but does not erase data already retained in applications or backups. Contact the operator to request removal of stored credentials or retained data; backup copies may remain until those backups are replaced or removed.
This website and changes
This site has no advertising, tracking scripts, or account sign-in. Its hosting provider may process ordinary request information to deliver and secure the pages. This policy will be updated when the integration's data practices change.
